Chapter 115
"Hey William, how do I look?" Lyanna twirled around, her eyes sparkling with anticipation.
She shot a glance at Victoria, her expression a mix of showing off and challenging.
William barely looked up, muttering, "It's fine."
Lyanna's face fell slightly, not getting the reaction she wanted. But she quickly masked her disappointment with a sweet smile and turned to Victoria. "Ms. Carter, why haven't you picked anything yet? Is it too pricey? Don't worry, William's super generous. Since we're here, it's meant to be. He'll cover it for you, right, William?"
William glanced at Victoria, a small smile tugging at his lips. "Sure."
Lyanna's smile faltered for a moment, but she quickly recovered. "See, William's got you covered. What are you waiting for?"
Victoria knew that refusing any further would seem awkward. The sales assistant asked for her size, and Victoria, feeling a bit self-conscious, mumbled, "E cup."
"Wow, you have a great figure!" the sales assistant complimented, handing the lingerie to Victoria.
Victoria took the lingerie, avoiding eye contact, and hurried into the fitting room.
William watched her retreating figure with a hint of amusement in his eyes.
Lyanna snorted softly upon hearing Victoria's size, not believing her figure could be that good.
Victoria took her time in the fitting room before finally coming out.
Lyanna was stunned, her face turning sour as a wave of insecurity washed over her.
Victoria's E cup chest was full and perfectly shaped, her curves alluring and almost flawless.
William's gaze lingered on Victoria, intense and admiring. "It looks great on you."
Lyanna's face twisted in anger and jealousy.
Why? Why did Victoria have to have a better figure and face than her?
While Lyanna went to change, William asked the sales assistant to bring Victoria a few more sets, including some more provocative pieces.
He swiped his card, paid for everything, and left an address for the items to be delivered.
He leaned close to Victoria's ear and whispered, "I'll call you tonight."
His warm breath on her ear made Victoria shiver, her neck flushing red.
"No need, I have a dinner with colleagues tonight," Victoria stammered.
William raised an eyebrow, his voice lazy and teasing. "Cancel it."
Victoria frowned, about to refuse, but Lyanna emerged from the fitting room.
As they left the lingerie store, Victoria said goodbye to the two.
Lyanna, not wanting to let her go so easily, smiled brightly at Victoria. "Ms. Carter, don't leave yet. William is buying me some gifts. You have a good eye for art, help me pick something."
Victoria sighed, "Sorry, I really have plans today."
"Please, Ms. Carter, just a little while," Lyanna pleaded softly.
Victoria pressed her lips together and finally nodded, knowing exactly why Lyanna insisted on dragging her along. It was all about showing off how generous William was to her.
They arrived at the jewelry counter, and Lyanna pointed to a diamond necklace. "William, I really like this one. Can you put it on me?"
"Sure," William nodded.
Lyanna beamed, clinging to his arm. "Thank you, William! I knew you were the best!"
She wrapped her arm around William's muscular one, leaning affectionately on his shoulder. William's expression remained unchanged, though a flicker of impatience crossed his eyes as he patted her head.
Lyanna picked out several more pieces of jewelry, and William paid for everything without blinking, the total exceeding a million dollars, drawing the attention of passersby. People wondered which wealthy man was spending so lavishly.
Victoria sat on a nearby sofa, yawning several times. Growing impatient, she stood up and told them she needed to use the restroom.
Lyanna, still trying on jewelry, waved her off dismissively. "Go ahead."
As Victoria exited the restroom, someone suddenly pulled her into the fire escape. She was about to struggle when a familiar scent hit her, and she found herself pressed against a hard, warm chest, strong arms encircling her waist. Her back was against the cold wall, her spine rigid.
"What are you doing? Let go of me," she panted, fear in her voice.
William's hand caressed her smooth skin, his breath heavy, eyes dark with desire. He leaned in, licking her earlobe, his voice husky. "What do you think?"
Victoria gasped, trembling as she felt his arousal. "William, calm down."
William lifted her chin, kissing her deeply, his tongue invading her mouth, tasting her sweetness. Victoria whimpered, unable to resist his dominant advance.
"William, stop," she protested weakly, her hands pushing against his chest, but he held her tighter. In their struggle, William had hiked up her dress, exposing her long, slender legs. He gripped her waist with one hand, the other cupping her rear, pulling her closer. Their proximity made Victoria's breathing erratic.
"William!" Victoria's eyes widened in fear. What was he doing?
He made a shushing gesture, trying to control his desire. "Be good, don't make a fuss."
His voice was so rough it seemed to come from deep within, filled with longing. Victoria froze, her cheeks burning, hands clutching his jacket.
William held her close, his eyes dark with lust. "Not here," Victoria whispered, her voice trembling.
"No one's around, it's fine," William's voice was even raspier.
Victoria shook her head, unwilling. This was a public place. What if someone saw them?
"I don't want to," Victoria bit her lip, pushing against his chest.
