Chapter 90

William caught sight of her excitement swelling once more and couldn't resist leaning in for another passionate encounter.

It wasn't until Victoria was utterly spent that William finally released her.

Victoria fell into a deep sleep. William helped her tidy up her disheveled long hair and wiped her body with a warm towel.

Then he held her and fell asleep peacefully.

When she woke up, it was already morning. The morning light shone into the room, filling it with brightness.

Victoria turned her head to look at William. His handsome profile came into her view, and she couldn't help but reach out to touch his well-defined brows, high nose, and sexy thin lips.

Victoria slowly leaned in and gently kissed the corner of William's lips.

William suddenly opened his deep eyes and met Victoria's clear and bright pupils.

Victoria was stunned.

"Morning!" she greeted plainly.

"Morning!" William lazily squinted his eyes, his long index finger lightly touching her rosy lips, his voice magnetic and seductive.

"I'm hungry again!" William suddenly said.

His deep, husky voice made her cheeks flush. She knew what kind of hunger he was talking about.

This man was too greedy, never getting enough.

Just as Victoria was lost in thought, there was a knock on the door.

"William, didn't you say there was something at the company? We should go." Alice's gentle voice sounded at the door.

Victoria's originally flushed cheeks instantly turned pale.

What if Alice knew she had been with William again? Thinking of the police station's interrogation lights and cold handcuffs, Victoria couldn't help but shiver.

William also frowned, got up, and started getting dressed, replying, "Wait a moment, I'll be right out."

Victoria hurriedly started getting dressed too, but she was so weak that her movements were slow.

William glanced at her, said nothing, and closed the door as he stepped out.

Alice acted as if nothing had happened, smiling and saying, "William, I bought you breakfast. Eat it while it's hot."

"Okay," William said indifferently, glancing at the bag in Alice's hand. "Let's go back to the hotel to eat. It's cold here."

He said this while pulling her arm to leave.

Alice smiled and held him back, "Why are you in such a hurry to leave, William? We haven't finished our business."

William's face darkened, and he said sternly, "What else do you want to do?"

His tone was heavy, but Alice wasn't angry at all. She placed the bag in his hand and turned to open the door again.

Victoria happened to be coming out of the room, and their eyes met. Victoria couldn't help but gasp.

Alice had a smile on her lips, while Victoria stood stiffly, at a loss.

Alice's eyes swept over Victoria's messy hair and her body that was covered in kiss marks, her gaze deep.

"Ms. Garcia, don't misunderstand. Last night I..."

Victoria tried to explain, but Alice waved her hand to interrupt.

"It's okay, it was just an accident. William knows I'm weak and didn't want to hurt me, so he came to you for relief. In families like ours, having a few maids to satisfy his desires is quite common!"

Victoria's face instantly turned pale. She stared at Alice in shock, unable to speak.

This sentence was undoubtedly a disguised way of calling her a prostitute.

"Ms. Garcia, you!" Victoria was so angry she couldn't speak.

"Ms. Carter, don't be mad. I won't let you suffer a loss." Alice said as she took out a check from her pocket and handed it to Victoria. "After all, you're not a maid of the Scott family. Here's $100,000 as compensation."

Victoria was so angry that her body trembled. She looked at William, only to find that he was indifferent, letting Alice humiliate her.

Seeing that she was reluctant to take the check, Alice smiled and urged, "What's wrong? Ms. Carter, do you think it's not enough?"

She deliberately dragged out her words, her eyes full of provocation.

"No, it's not necessary." Victoria lowered her head, her hands clenched into fists, her eyes stinging with tears.

William saw Victoria's aggrieved look and felt a slight pang in his heart. But seeing Alice's expression, he knew that if he defended Victoria now, Alice would go even crazier.

Thinking of the medical report the doctor had given him earlier, William's expression turned gloomy. He looked up at Victoria and said, "Since Alice gave it to you, take it."

Victoria was shocked and looked up at William.

She thought William would at least argue for her, but he was helping Alice humiliate her.

At this moment, Victoria felt a suffocating pain in her chest, a wave of dizziness, and she almost fell.

William's eyes flashed with a trace of reluctance, but he quickly turned away.

Alice smiled smugly and said, "Ms. Carter, I remember your mother's medical bills were paid by William. You accepted his money, so why not mine?"

She finished speaking and stuffed the check into Victoria's hand, then turned to William and said coquettishly, "William, let's go!"

William glanced at Victoria's pale face and said nothing.

The two left together.

Watching them leave, Victoria squatted down and cried.

This scene was seen by someone in the corner.

He clenched his fists, wanting to comfort her, but his feet felt like they were filled with lead and couldn't move.

Finally, he sighed helplessly and turned to leave.

Victoria squatted on the ground and cried for a long time. Finally, she stood up and smiled bitterly.

"Fool, what are you expecting? Hasn't he always treated you this way?

'In his eyes, haven't you always been a toy for his sexual needs? How pathetic!"

With that, Victoria bitterly smiled, wiped away her tears, and forced herself to return to the hotel room to pack her things and leave.

When she entered, Samuel was already gone.

Victoria didn't regret running away last night, but she still felt very sorry for him.

Victoria saw the sketch Samuel had drawn of her on the table and couldn't help but pick it up.

In the sketch, she was still smiling brightly, a stark contrast to her now red and swollen eyes from crying.

But there was an extra line of words on the sketch compared to last night's: "Victoria, are you really happy with him? No matter what, I just want you to be happy."

Victoria's heart suddenly ached, and she cried even harder, this time out of guilt.

She sniffed and picked up her phone to call Samuel.

No one answered, so she called again, but still, no one answered.

After putting down the phone, she walked out of the hotel in a daze, only to run into William and Alice at the door.
