Chapter 14

He chased her from Aiden's place to the bedroom. Wasn't he just trying to stand up for Bianca?

Just because she slapped Bianca twice, he felt so bad that he wanted to get back at her.

If he liked Bianca so much, why did he agree to marry Isabella in the first place?

Isabella's eyes turned cold, her face indifferent. "If I take off my clothes, will you let me go?"

Michael's face instantly darkened at her words.

He was betting that Isabella wouldn't really go through with it.

His jaw tightened. "Isn't taking off your clothes easy for you? Every night I came over, weren't you seducing me like this?"

Isabella released her tightly bitten lips. "Fine, let go of me, and I'll take them off!"

Michael's eyes flickered, and he stared at Isabella's expression as if trying to see through her.

He let her go.

He knew how strong her pride was. With Harper and Bianca downstairs, she couldn't possibly walk out like this.

But the next second, Isabella tore off her long dress right in front of him.

The zipper broke.

From top to bottom, her body was exposed to him almost instantly.

Her breasts, tightly wrapped in a bra, bounced with her violent movements.

Below was a pair of lace-trimmed panties, matching her smooth, slender legs.

From Michael's angle, he could even see her buttocks, perky and eye-catching.

Isabella's face turned pale; she could see Michael's gaze.

But the little fabric left on her was her last line of defense; she couldn't take off any more.

"Enough? It's all yours!" She threw the dress into Michael's arms, turned around, and started to walk out barefoot.

Her sweet scent hit his nose as Isabella was about to walk out the door like this.

Michael was going crazy.

She really dared.

His face darkened, and he strode forward, grabbing her just as she was about to open the door, pinning her against the wall. "You don't even care about your dignity?"

His hot breath fell on her, as if it would burn a hole in her.

Isabella struggled in his arms. "Michael, get off me. Don't forget what you just promised me. I've taken off my clothes. What more do you want?"

The more she struggled, the tighter his hand gripped her waist.

Isabella couldn't break free and was furious. "Do you want me to take off these two pieces of underwear too? Would that make you happy? Michael, after three years of marriage, I didn't expect you to be such a bastard."

Michael's face was far from pleasant. She was almost completely exposed, rubbing against him, as if he had extraordinary self-control.

He pushed Isabella away slightly and picked a long coat from the scattered clothes to cover her. "If you want to leave, I won't stop you. But think it through. Once you leave the Brown Family, everything Grandpa said to you will be null and void."

Isabella clutched the coat tightly, her face flushed with anger. "That was Aidenn's gift to me. What right do you have to make decisions for him? I am determined to get the Brown Family's property."

Michael's face turned cold as he stood there, staring at her. "If you want the Brown Family's money, fine. Continue being my wife, and don't ever think about leaving me."

"Impossible!" Isabella raised her head like an unyielding swan.

Michael squinted his eyes, his tone cold. "Then don't think about taking any money from me."

Isabella wanted to take his money to support another man. She shouldn't even think about it.

Isabella zipped up the coat. "Then see you in divorce court. Let's see whose legal team is better."

She trusted Thomas's people.

Mentioning the legal team, Michael's eyes changed, and a fire of anger ignited in his chest.

He took two steps forward, cornering her. "Tell me, what's your relationship with that man named Thomas?"

Isabella was startled but quickly realized.

With Michael's abilities, it was impossible for him not to investigate Thomas.

Unfortunately, no matter how hard he tried, he wouldn't find anything.

Looking at the furious Michael in front of her, Isabella curled her lips and sneered. "What does it have to do with you?"

Michael grabbed her chin, forcing her to look at him. "He flew over to fight a divorce case for you. Are you saying there's nothing between you two? Or have you already slept with him?"

"Michael, you bastard." Isabella was emotional, trying to push him away, but Michael didn't budge.

Instead, he grabbed her waist, trying to pull her into his arms.

Isabella didn't give him the chance.

She stomped hard on his foot.

She was wearing high heels.

The pain was unimaginable.

Michael's face changed instantly.

Isabella didn't care about him, grabbed her things, and quickly left.

Michael actually slandered her.

He entangled with Bianca, and now he dared to bully her.

She was determined to end this marriage.

Isabella didn't care about Michael anymore.

Meanwhile, in the living room downstairs.

Harper and Bianca hadn't left yet and were chatting with Stella.

Bianca kept her head down, answering everything, making Stella like her even more.

She held Bianca's hand, sighing that Michael had chosen the wrong person. If Bianca had married Michael, it would have been a hundred times better than Isabella, who never pleased her.

Maybe she would have had a grandchild by now.

When Isabella came downstairs in a coat, she was immediately seen by Bianca and her stepmother, Harper.

Harper immediately noticed something was wrong with Isabella.

Isabella's face was flushed, her hair slightly messy, and there was a hint of charm in her eyes...

They probably weren't arguing upstairs but doing something more suggestive.

Pretending not to notice, Harper deliberately spoke up to draw attention. "Isabella. Why are your eyes red? Did you just have a fight with Michael?"

Harper pretended to be concerned but was actually trying to make things worse.

Isabella couldn't be bothered with Harper and didn't even look at her.

But Harper wouldn't let it go. "It's okay if you had a fight. Aren't you divorcing Michael? Do you have anywhere to go? Do you want to come home with us?"

When Isabella was kicked out of the Taylor Family, she was only a teenager. For so many years, Indigo never said a word about letting her come back. Isabella was just an unwanted orphan. What was she so proud of?

Bianca was the one who was pampered and raised as the Taylor Family's young lady.

Bianca was the one who deserved such wealth and luxury.

Why should all the good things go to Isabella?

Harper clung to her, and Isabella coldly watched her act.

Seeing Isabella not responding, Harper became more smug, thinking she was really kicked out by Michael. "There aren't many rooms at home, but we can have the maid prepare one. It's better than you going back to the countryside. But the room you used to stay in has been taken by Bianca. You are her sister. You wouldn't mind, right?"
